Privacy approach
The eligibility checker uses buttons and a state dropdown. It does not ask for name, email, phone number, SSN, benefit ID, full address, or uploaded documents. Selections may be stored in browser session storage only to display the result page.
Advertising and cookies
This site uses Ad.plus advertising. Advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and related technologies according to their own policies. Ad spaces are labeled as Advertisement and are reserved to reduce layout shift.
Do not send private documents
Do not send benefit documents, identity documents, SSN, or full application details through this independent site.
Site analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and page performance. This helps us improve navigation and loading. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first analytics.
We also count page views, clicks on internal information links and scroll milestones in a first-party Cloudflare D1 reporting database. Only daily aggregate counts by allowlisted page, destination, link area and broad screen-size group are stored. This reporting does not store IP addresses, user identifiers, full URLs, query strings, referrers, form entries, checker answers, telephone numbers or device identifiers. It uses no analytics cookies or local-storage identifiers and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Reporting excludes the checker result and policy pages.
This website does not process official applications or carrier account requests. Keep private application and account details with the appropriate official program or company. Cloudflare documentation is included with the external resources at the end.
